About this tool
The NDIS Audit Readiness Score is a free, 10-question self-check for NDIS providers. It shows how prepared your organisation is for an NDIS Practice Standards audit, then gives you a short list of priority actions to work on first. It takes about three minutes. It is general guidance and does not replace an audit by an approved quality auditor.
Privacy, consent, accessible information and how participants’ rights are protected day to day.
Policies, risk management and clear accountability for who owns what.
Worker screening, qualifications, training and the records that prove them.
How supports are planned, delivered, reviewed and recorded, including incidents.
Whether you can produce the right evidence quickly when an auditor asks for it.

About three minutes. There are 10 questions, and each one is answered with “Yes, fully in place”, “Partly / in progress” or “Not yet”.
Yes. The quiz is free. We ask for your name and email so we can send your score, area breakdown and full list of priority actions.
No. The score is a self-assessment based on your own answers. Your audit is carried out by an approved quality auditor against the NDIS Practice Standards, so use the score to find gaps early, not as a guarantee.
NDIS providers, including Supported Independent Living (SIL) providers, who want to understand where their evidence and processes stand before an audit.
Start with your top priority actions, then gather the evidence an auditor would ask to see. The checklist and guides below are a good next step.
Good compliance is not paperwork for its own sake. It is how you show the people you support that their rights, safety and choices come first. Wholii helps your team keep the evidence ready, so more time goes to care.
