Fair use: Voice AI capture is provided without additional charge, subject to a fair use ceiling of 300 submissions per seat per month, pooled across your organisation.

Annual plans are billed against a committed twelve-month term.
Autonomous AI agent functionality is a separate entitlement and is not included in seat pricing.

We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. You can upgrade to the next plan at any time, we won't cut you off mid-month. Overages are prorated.
